Study find Australians would pay to provide clean drinking water to remote communities
“Researchers say Australia can meet a United Nations goal to supply drinking water to everyone living in the country by 2030, if it rethinks how the nation should pay for it.
A new study from the Australian National University’s Water Justice Hub surveyed more than 3,500 Australians and found the average household would be willing to pay between $324 and $847 per year to extend drinking water infrastructure.”
